It plans the set of tasks and subtasks that make up the project, assigning an estimated duration of time for each one and establishing the dependency relationships between them.
Assigns to each phase or sub-phase the resources (materials, machines or employees) required.
It visualizes the project schedule by means of the Gantt or Pert Diagram.
Budgeting
Create the budget/s associated with a project, broken down into chapters, sub-chapters, phases, sub-phases, etc., and make any necessary modifications.
